- Manage daily operations of an Independent Living Housing setting or for designated functions within a Housing with Services setting, (generally not to include clinical service oversight) within parameters of established policies/procedures, regulations, and standards of practice; and in keeping with the mission and values of the organization.
- Supervise and direct the work of assigned associates.
- Create and maintain a high level of tenant and associate satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing and strategic plans in collaboration with Executive Director.
