Answers call lights if the requested task from the resident is outside of their scope, will alert nursing staff to the need.  Provide for psychosocial needs and non-physical needs ensuring no hand on cares or ADL assistance.  Reports changes in the resident's general condition, behavior or appearance to supervisor.  Follows community infection control practices.
