A role on the Enterprise Insights team means being a champion for our current and future guests, and inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Here, you will solve diverse, complex challenges that help the entire enterprise seize our most valuable and important opportunities. You will distill relevant information into insights and implications that answer the ever-critical question: "So what?" Your influence will help spark original ideas and actionable strategies at the enterprise level, setting a clear foundation of information and insight with context and clarity that all teams can use to apply to their own business objectives.

As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Initiatives, you will consult, influence and guide senior leaders in putting the guest at the center of everything we do, driving strategic business decisions and executions that drive growth across the company. You will anticipate what is to come from a cultural and consumer lens and apply that to prioritized initiatives enterprise wide such as Consumer Mindset, Loyalty, Sustainability and Racial Equity. From scoping to designing and executing a variety of complex insights projects in partnership with internal and external partners, you will bring agility and comfort with sometimes ambiguous business issues to your team. Insatiable curiosity for understanding human behavior deeply and your story-driven immersive deliverables will result in high quality outputs that uncover and articulate insights that fuel strategies and actions.

About you
  • Bachelor's (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of insights, strategy and market research experience
  • Significant experience in scoping, designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research
  • Experience using syndicated and secondary data sources as well as macro trend analyses
  • Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings and identify critical implications and actionable insights
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, project management, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in leading thought-provoking partner conversations, collaborating, and building partnerships vertically and horizontally while influencing a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and effective working independently and collaboratively
