The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with a broad variety of internal and outbound marketing activities and operates within a deadline-driven environment. The primary duties will focus on providing the photography, video and collateral assets that are critical to the new product launch process. This position will also support other key departments to develop and execute marketing materials working directly with the training, finance, and global account teams. The position will report to the Ditch Witch Division Associate Marketing Manager.


  • Work in close collaboration with the Associate Marketing Manager to introduce new products and support existing product lines.

  • Manage production of all product photography and videos for use in all traditional and digital marketing materials.

  • Manage development and production of all product literature (individual product collateral, parts catalogues, full line brochure, etc.).

  • Support Ditch Witch Financial Services (DWFS) marketing needs, Training marketing needs and Global Account marketing needs.

  • Maintain dealer/customer content platforms and keep information current.

  • Closely manages all project details to deliver materials on time and on budget.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of core product segments.

  • Identification and interpretation of key business trends and industry findings.

  • Participate in budget development and management.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with product management, training and design engineering teams.

  • Office environment, with occasional trips to the shop.

  • Rapidly changing demands, schedules, and deadlines.

  • Air and highway travel.

  • Regular, extended use of the telephone, computer, and other communication devices.


  • Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business, communications or related field and 2+ years experience in a marketing-related function.

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines.

  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, customer service skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of traditional marketing efforts and current trends, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, creative thinker with a passion for the details.

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines with strong time and project management skills.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to help the company succeed and bring all marketing efforts to a new level.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 required, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
