JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing the digital marketing efforts (website, email campaigns, and digital marketing tools) to engage our worldwide customer base. This role strives to increase online visibility and growth, while keeping up with the ever-changing technologies and trends in the digital space. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Ditch Witch Division Manager - Associate Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage websites to ensure all photography, product information, specs, brand windows and links are correct, and handle daily maintenance through coordination with the IT department on website implementation measures and troubleshooting.

  • Work in close collaboration with Manager - Associate Marketing to create, deploy and monitor email campaigns in marketing automation system.

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications plans, including digital marketing calendar to ensure projects are on time and on budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Understand customer engagement strategies and the importance of marketing automation.

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate marketing metrics, insights and best practices to keep company at the forefront of developments in the dynamic digital space.

  • Ensure all digital activities are executed within brand guidelines and support the overall strategy of the organization.

  • Support other key marketing team efforts and initiatives, including planning communication models with trade show attendees.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Ditch Witch® corporate offices are located in Perry, Okla.

  • Office environment with occasional trips to the factory floor (same campus).

  • Rapidly changing demands, schedules, and deadlines.

  • Some air and highway travel.

  • Regular, extended use of the telephone, computer, and other communication devices.

  • Able to lift up to 10 pounds on occasion

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business, communications, digital media, or related field required.

  • Three (3) plus years experience in digital marketing function.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point and outlook) required.

  • Proficient in website management and integration.

  • Experience in Adobe creative suite a plus.

  • Experience in developing and executing email campaigns in marketing automation platform.

  • Familiarity with SAP Hybris Marketing Automation is a plus.

  • Knowledge of web analytics and data reporting.

  • Understanding of traditional marketing efforts and current trends, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal, customer service skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams with a positive attitude.

  • Organized, creative thinker with a passion for the details.

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines with strong time and project management skills.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to help the company succeed and bring all marketing efforts to a new level.
