As a LEAD L&D CONSULTANT on the Talent & Change team, you'll own the Learning Data Capability and partner closely with T&C, Talent Analytics, Product and HR Data Teams to answer the most critical learning questions and improve Target's learning experiences. You'll use your deep Learning Evaluation expertise, analytical ability, strategic mindset and leadership skills to design and activate upon a Learning Evaluation Strategy that improves learning outcomes and puts learning insights into the hands of decision makers.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Owning the Learning Data Capability and partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to bring the vision to life, including maturing the overall capability
  • Enabling enterprise initiatives and solving critical problems through access and enablement of learning data
  • Intake and prioritization of learning data needs, and partnership with HR and Talent Analytics Teams to deliver on those needs using data, reporting, insights etc.
  • Definition of learning data and technology/ tool requirements for surveying and reporting
  • Owning and maintaining T&C's Learning Data Evaluation Strategy
  • Consulting on Learning Evaluation Plans and access to data
  • Owning and maintaining all Learning Evaluation Best Practices, processes and activation within T&C
  • Defining, maintaining and reporting on T&C's Strategic Roadmap success measures
  • Collaborating with the Learning Capability Owner on Product initiatives that require data or reporting

About you:
  • 5+ years learning measurement experience using a recognized learning measurement model (e.g Kirkpatrick's Model)
  • Experience with data, analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to identify, obtain and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources
  • Experience leading cross-functional work with multiple stakeholders in a complex setting
  • Excellent problem solving and consulting skills
  • Data driven storyteller who can distill complex data into clear stories and insights and communicate learnings across diverse audiences
  • Strong execution, accountability and follow-through
  • Experience within Learning & Development and/or HR/Talent Analytics preferred
  • Experience with Objective Key Result (OKR) framework preferred
  • A growth mindset (resiliency, curiosity, enthusiasm for the future, bias for action)
  • Comfortable taking risks, driving change and supporting creativity
