Bach deg in Econ, Bus Mgmt, or related field & 10 years' progres responsible post-bach HCM exp. 10 years' exp w/ bus process mapping, org readiness, & tech enablement; PM; HCM csltg exp w/HCM softw provider or consult; talent mgmt & org effectiveness; bus transformation & HR effectiveness. 2 years' exp w/ impl exp in HCM SaaS domain; HCM life cycle exp, incl operations & bus practices & tech enablement. Change Mgmt Cert or 5 years of org change mgmt exp. Travel 25%-30% in Canada & U.S. Position reports to company HQ in Mpl, MN and eligible for telecommuting from anywhere in the US.
