Target's distinctive brand love is infused throughout its many physical locations by the Properties teams. We have a direct and positive impact on the real estate, design, construction, maintenance and Property Management operations of our stores, distribution centers and headquarters. Are you ready to help strategically grow Target's brand through leading-edge design, development, construction and preservation? Can you effectively balance the efficiencies of a large-design build company with the unique challenges and innovative solutions required by individual sites? Then take your place on one of our Properties teams, and help us make the most of Target's physical assets, both in the U.S. and overseas.

A role on the Waste Minimization team in Property Management means the opportunity to support sustainability efforts at all U.S. Target properties (Stores, HQ and DCs). The Waste Minimization team works to provide the best Recycling, Donation, Organics (Compost) and Trash solutions to Target team members, guests, and communities across the United States. Our goal is to minimize the volume and cost of trash disposal while increasing recycling, donation and organics volume and revenue.

As a Program Owner, you will lead recycling programs (paper, bottle deposits, etc.) and special project initiatives. In addition to sustainability programs, this position also supports the entire Waste Min Team with communications / resources, invoicing, and reporting. The exciting part of this position? No two days are ever the same as you engage with key partners (vendors, consultants and Target Team Members) and lead multiple programs.
