Job Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling production aircraft and communicating production schedules, new product introduction support, material forecasting, ERP master production scheduling, and supporting standard planning and production control operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Responsible for new product development and integration.
  • Participate in scheduled program reviews.
  • Responsible for maintaining high level accuracy of long range material planning.
  • Will follow standard operating procedures to perform assigned tasks for corresponding responsibilities.
  • Maintain accuracy of manufacturing product line IAW engineering and quality requirements.
  • Create and release ASN specific documentation for official records.
  • Create, update and develop work instructions for production.
  • Coordinate effectivity for engineering updates and changes.
  • Will follow standard operating procedures to perform assigned tasks for corresponding responsibilities.
  • Interpreting production schedules and product line structures.
  • Schedule and release manufacturing work orders.
  • Interpret customer orders and configure for production work order release.
  • Coordinate with materials management to initiate product delivery.
  • Will follow standard operating procedures to perform assigned tasks for corresponding responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

2-year degree; or three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is located in Duluth, Minnesota.
