Igniting diverse technical leadership at Target
https://jobs.target.com/emip
As an Engineering Manager in eMIP, you will be a part of Target's exclusive 12-month on-the-job training program focused on developing leadership capabilities to lead world class engineering teams. eMIP provides inspiring new ways of thinking to build critical capabilities for your career development and career success.

After the 12-month program, the goal is for you to be ready to be considered for a Sr. Engineering Manager role within one of Target's Technology teams.

To help accomplish those goals, the on-the-job training program will focus on groups that are under-represented in the engineering industry. Target encourages driven, motivated, engineering professionals who self-identify as female, African American, or Latino to consider applying for our Fall 2021 cohort. Candidates will need to start at Target between now and December 15th, 2021. This program is open to candidates who possess the required experience and qualifications for the eMIP cohort.
