Job Description Areas of Responsibility:
Club M and Promotions
Job Summary:
Oversees the execution of all promotions and assists with special events. Oversees Club M operations for an assigned shift. Supervises the Marketing Coordinator team and ensures delivery of the highest level of guest service. Coordinates the staffing, administration, set up, and implementation of promotions and special events. Assists in the planning of all promotions and special events with focus on the execution details and planning for guest experience, prize distribution, and set up/tear down. Responsible for auditing comps per guest each day worked in Club M. Troubleshoot guest concerns related to marketing technologies (i.e. digital applications, player tracking, offers, kiosk redemptions, etc.)
Budget/Asset Responsibilities:
Assists in the tracking of expenses and preparation of purchase requisitions. Distributes prizes and cash in floor promotions and special events.   Job Duties:
  1. Supervises and oversees casino-wide promotions and assists with special events. Works casino floor for assigned promotions and prize drawings. Provides guest service during promotional events.
  2. Oversees day to day operations for Club M. Coordinates staffing based on business needs.
  3. Works with Mystic Lake Marketing team in the design of promotions with specific responsibility for set up, guest experience, prize distribution, and execution.
  4. Interviews, selects, and hires Club M and Promotions team members. This includes training, developing, performance management, disciplinary actions and terminations. Supervises and schedules Marketing Coordinators.
  5. Works all promotions and/or Club M as assigned. Is available to resolve guest conflicts and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may occur either in the Club or at a promotion. Provides work direction throughout events to Marketing Coordinators, and other event staff participating in the execution of a Club and/or marketing event.
  6. Responsible for supervising and approving all promotional kiosk setups and testing of all promotions prior to start.
  7. Responsible for management, and tracking of all promotional inventory and collateral Determines and directs the placement of all casino floor signage.
  8. Generates daily Club M reports for the Club M/Promotions Manager. Approves and issues complimentaries as needed.
  9. Serves as contact person for promotion scheduling conflicts.
  10. Participates in special events.
  11. Acts in the capacity of a Marketing Coordinator
  12. Conducts and maintains Club operational inventories
Days TBD - based on business needs Hiring Rate or Hiring Range Based on qualifications Requirements
  1. Any combination of post-high school education in Business, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field or equivalent work experience totaling at four years.
  2. Minimum of two or more years of marketing experience to include event planning and promotions preferred.
  3. Supervisory experience preferred in the gaming industry.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
  5. Ability to learn and understand varying technologies and guest-facing applications (including iOS and Android).
  6. Superior service orientated attitude.
  7. Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and electronic mail software.
  8. Preferred knowledge and experience with loyalty programs.
