As a Lead Consultant SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning), you will be a creative problem solver and idea generator, bringing strategic workforce planning to life in new and innovative ways. You will be responsible for building relationships across HR, Finance and Strategy to support resource planning and maturation of capability modeling. Some core responsibilities include:
  • Understand the overall organization & help others understand the connections and themes of enterprise opportunities
  • Consult HR and business officers in holistic organizational health and resource decision making across headquarters teams
  • Manage and mature the capability model for the enterprise, including developing an approach to internal and external workforce trends & aligning resources to enterprise strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis to understand financial impact of resourcing decisions
  • Work with complex data sets from multiple sources
  • Lead operating model & organizational design projects within business functions as the HR Cross-functional team lead
  • Perform research and benchmarking (internal/external) on key capabilities to determine recommendations for workforce planning, Acquisitions or org design engagements
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the operating model framework for the enterprise
  • Ability to establish strategy, manage your portfolios and effectively communicate timely updates to stakeholders


About you:
  • Strategic thinker that can effectively present ideas to all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions (e.g. HR, Strategy, Finance) and to think horizontally across the enterprise
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze HR & Finance data to make effective decisions
  • Results oriented, being able to anticipate key issues and come to resolution quickly
  • Familiarity with financial data & concepts (e.g. Expense, P&L, SG&A, etc.)
  • Ability working with ambiguity while building clarity
  • Ability to conduct external research/benchmarking
  • Relationship management experience
