As a Sr. Brand Manager, Food & Beverage, you will facilitate and lead the end-to-end process of developing and maintaining owned brands. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team for new, existing, or refreshed owned brands. This includes facilitation of the cross-functional meetings, governing the timing and action, escalating risks and delays, driving accountability, and monitoring key performance indicators. Likewise, you will be accountable for leading and conducting analysis on brand performance, which includes ongoing tracking of brand financial performance to inform action. You will maintain working knowledge of applicable government regulations and competitive category understanding. In close partnership with Subject Matter Experts, you'll also manage the activation of the owned brand portfolio, which includes leading the creation of briefs for various capabilities, such as complete packaging briefs for each Owned Brand.

About You:
  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years' experience in Brand Management
  • Experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry
  • Ability to be an effective team player and manage relationships with team and key business partners
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detailed problem-solving, independent judgement, and decision-making skills
