About Us:

Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company and one of America's leading retailers.

Right on pace with Target's distinctive retail brand, Target Store Operations is continuing to transform the way it operates. Here, your work directly supports the store mission to be the guest favorite through successfully developing and communicating the processes for operations, style and experience, new structures, new operating models and new technology, and utilizing workforce management activities for our 1,800 locations nationwide. Store Operations manages and enhances the informational resources for researching and resolving operational issues, while guiding and communicating with the field team and leaders who use them. Are you a customer service enthusiast who can actively listen to many points of view and then visualize how they'll perform when operationalized in a store? Are you happy to partner with leaders as well as field team members who are often the experts on how well a process is working? Can you creatively envision more efficient processes and how they'll deliver a better experience for guests and team members? Do you possess the innovative mindset to question the status quo, and the confidence to work under varying degrees of ambiguity and well-informed experimentation? Then you'll have success on one of our dynamic teams. A role with Experiential Operations means an opportunity to continuously elevate guests' in-store experience to new levels of awesome. Whether it is Visual, Merchandising, or Seasons/Events, this team focuses on the processes and routines that ensure a guest experience far above anything the competition can offer by nurturing Target brand love and loyalty at the store level.

As a Sr. Business Partner - Experiential Operations, you will be responsible for the field feedback process to gain insights from store leaders and share feedback with HQ partners in effort to drive a strong guest experience and deliver strong business results. You will leverage, assess, and iterate on existing platforms and feedback loops to ensure key stakeholders have simple, yet meaningful ways to share feedback in a timely, relevant manner and develop new innovative ways to ensure process owners and leaders receive necessary information to inform key business decisions. You will gather guest and store perspectives for the Experiential Operations team to help influence business strategies, operations/process improvements and contingency plans. You will develop new tools, routines, and resources to collect and deliver meaningful feedback and insights, will provide training and resources for stores, and create repeatable, sustainable solutions for all end users. You will leverage key meetings, surveys, and insights and feedback to identify trends and new ways to meaningfully engage with the field. As part of this role, you will be required to proactively understand, identify, and solve opportunities that impact guest experiences and operations in store and create recaps to share out feedback and opportunities for improvement across the Enterprise. You will use your talents and experience to apply established standards, practices and processes, lead projects within your area, and participate in large projects across the Experiential Operations team. Demonstrate self-direction, detailed problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making in order to drive results for Target. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
