About the Job:

As a Lead Operations Specialist you will support and execute critical operational processes and functions. You'll be responsible for supporting the Field Operations team though various technical routines with a deep understanding of replenishment systems and processes. Inclusive within your process execution, you will be accountable for managing quality controls and maintaining reporting.
  • Role is knowledgeable and accountable daily process execution
  • Deep understanding of relevant physical and virtual process flows within replenishment and fulfillment networks
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with field partners to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met
  • Manage end-to-end reporting and hold partners accountable for process deviations
  • Accountable to delivering tasks to support special projects for Field Operations
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members

About You:
  • Basic SQL Experience
  • 2-5 years supply chain or supply chain support area experience
  • Proven understanding of Target warehouse management systems
  • Experience with maintaining and managing reporting
  • Ability to execute tasks at hand and manage workload appropriately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to support a rotating weekend work schedule
