Who is the Target guest? The Guest Data Sourcing Team's primary goal is to help answer that very question. This Team is responsible for sourcing guest facts and identifiers into the Guest Data Platform from 1st and 3rd party data sources. The Engineers on this team are responsible for integrating different sources of guest facts into one consumable ecosystem, enriching guest facts through data acquisition with trusted third parties as well as clean, standardizing and validate guest facts to increase identity resolution rate.

As an Engineer on the team you will participate in building new and enhancing existing pipelines to integrate new sources of Guest data into the platform. You will partner closely with teams that consume this data and analytics teams to ensure the data quality and integrity.

About You:

· 4 year degree or equivalent experience

· 1+ years of software development experience

· Proficient in one or more JVM languages (Kotlin, Java, Groovy)

· Exposure to Hadoop, Hive and Kafka

· Exposure to microservices, NoSQL databases, and event driven architecture

· Good communication skills to partner with business, analysts and other engineering teams

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong sense of ownership and accountability
