Overall Description

As the Coordinator of Learning & Development for TTC, this position plays a key role in the coordination and deployment of Corporate-sponsored learning programs and initiatives in the on-going pursuit of employee engagement and development. This position will focus on executing logistics associated with in-person, hybrid, and virtual learning experiences and events.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deploy internal and external in-person and virtual learning programs, events, and meetings in areas such as leadership, management, general business, etc.

  • Produce virtual learning events to ensure seamless learning experiences for learners and facilitators, including platform administration and support before, during, and after learning events

  • Maintain and update learning program, participant, and supervisor communications

  • Liaison with on-site location learning administrators for delivery of Corp. Training sponsored learning programs and events

  • Coordinate external learning requests from TTC Divisions/Functions

  • Maintain access to vendor learning platforms for employee use and utilize vendor platforms to deploy inventories and assessments

  • Administer Corp.Training email and calendar; including learning promotions, employee inquiries, event scheduling, etc.

  • Maintain and update learning metrics and reporting; including use of excel, LMS, others as needed

  • Work with outside vendors for contracting, administration, and coordination of facilitators, consultants, assessments, etc.

  • Manage and process invoice allocations and receipts, vendor set-up and payment, budget projections, etc.

  • Maintain Talent & Development contracts and agreements

Job Dimensions and Specifications

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event coordination

  • Collaborative team player with ability to work across levels, where flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency are important

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoys the coordination challenges of supporting a department of diverse people and programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

  • Experience with learning management, delivery, and collaboration systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
