Learning & Development Coordinator
As the Coordinator of Learning & Development for TTC, this position plays a key role in the coordination and deployment of Corporate-sponsored learning programs and initiatives in the on-going pursuit of employee engagement and development. This position will focus on executing logistics associated with in-person, hybrid, and virtual learning experiences and events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Deploy internal and external in-person and virtual learning programs, events, and meetings in areas such as leadership, management, general business, etc.
Produce virtual learning events to ensure seamless learning experiences for learners and facilitators, including platform administration and support before, during, and after learning events
Maintain and update learning program, participant, and supervisor communications
Liaison with on-site location learning administrators for delivery of Corp. Training sponsored learning programs and events
Coordinate external learning requests from TTC Divisions/Functions
Maintain access to vendor learning platforms for employee use and utilize vendor platforms to deploy inventories and assessments
Administer Corp.Training email and calendar; including learning promotions, employee inquiries, event scheduling, etc.
Maintain and update learning metrics and reporting; including use of excel, LMS, others as needed
Work with outside vendors for contracting, administration, and coordination of facilitators, consultants, assessments, etc.
Manage and process invoice allocations and receipts, vendor set-up and payment, budget projections, etc.
Maintain Talent & Development contracts and agreements
Job Dimensions and Specifications
Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event coordination
Collaborative team player with ability to work across levels, where flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency are important
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoys the coordination challenges of supporting a department of diverse people and programs
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience with learning management, delivery, and collaboration systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
