Customer Service - Order Entry
Based in Arden Hills, MN this position will handle inbound customer calls, order entry, and ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoice preparation, billing, while providing friendly and professional service to our clients.
Salary: $14.50 per hour
Full-time Days: Monday through Friday
Customer Service / Order Entry:
- Handle incoming calls.
- Order entry via phone, website, Ariba Network, emails, and fax.
- Prepare and process daily invoices.
- Research any discrepancies within client accounts.
- Outgoing phone calls to customers to update client information.
- Responsible for understanding and following internal controls, policies, and procedures when completing assigned duties.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Mature and dependable Individual.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
