Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate relationships with cross-functional partners to plan, manage, and execute on a wide-range of enterprise-wide commitments and projects
- Ensure implementation plans are effectively managed and milestones are achieved
- Collect data, analyze key performance metrics, and create assets to communicate recommendations for environmental and social initiatives across the company
- Manage project budgets, schedules, actions, workplans, and resources to project completion
- Manage relationships with internal and external expert teams to support program delivery
- Support teams across the Enterprise (notably including Merchandising, OBPDM, OBSD, Properties, and Supply Chain) on vendor and partner CR opportunities, commitments, and inquiries aligned with our issue and strategy focus
- Drive unique initiatives that support enterprise-wide priorities (e.g., provide consultation on sustainability priorities)
- Support the issue strategy prioritization and development process
About you:
- Experience working in retail operations (Merchandising, Product Design/Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Properties, etc.) with a record of driving strong, proven business results
- B.A. in relevant field (4 years)
- 2-3 years business experience or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to deliver results with a strong sense of urgency, both independently and as a CFT/team
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity; able to effectively manage projects with differing objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Demonstrate ability to synthesize information and create compelling assets to communicate key messaging/recommendations
- Demonstrate proven organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Showcase strong, strategic interpersonal skills and ability to be successful in a highly collaborative work environment including both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, identify, and implement business improvement solutions
- Demonstrate dedication to problem-solving and being curious to new, innovative ways to drive business and social impact
- Passion for continuous learning and ability to independently research and educate self on a variety of environmental and social sustainability topics
