Tea House General Manager

Northeast Tea House is a refuge that sits at the intersection of Asian tea culture and mindfulness. The store itself is the most beautiful space in the Twin Cities and offers curated teas, gongfu (traditional Chinese) tea service, house-milled matcha, sweet and savory snacks and a range of tea and incense gift items. We launched mid-pandemic (August 2020), have been doing relatively well and are excited about the future. We require a part-time manager to oversee store operations and take a lead role in social media marketing, eCommerce, events and various special projects. A great attitude and experience/success in some or all of these areas is a must. Interest in tea would be great, but is not required. Much of the work can be done remotely, but you will have to come into the Tea House on a regular basis for various reasons. Working as a server in the store is not required, but would be welcome and would add tips to your total compensation.
