We are currently hiring Production & Distribution Associates on first & second shifts
You MUST be available to work overtime as needed on Saturday and have some flexibility to come in before & after your scheduled shift

1st shift hours are 7am-3:30pm M-F with availability to come in as early as 6am and as late as 4pm
2nd shift hours are 4:30pm-1am with availability to come in as early as 4pm and as late as 2am

2nd shift positions will be paid $1 shift differential
Production Responsibilities:

Follow instructions to assemble parts
Troubleshoot device and assemble errors
Check quality throughout process
Small part assembly including microscopes (in some positions)
Analyze/diagnose frequency response curves
Wiring and soldering components
Ability to read and understand work orders

Distribution Responsibilities:

Prepare and pack custom hearing aid device for shipping according to work instructions.
Work with any carrier to get product shipped, including international shipments as required.
Perform cycle counting of inventory as required
Confirm accuracy of orders
Ability to read and understand a Pick Ticket
Ability to read and understand Shipping Documents
Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
