Retail Catering Lead
University of Wisconsin-Stout University Dining is hiring 2 Retail Catering Leads. One position works in the Memorial Student Center and the other works in North Point Dining Cafeteria.
These positions work under the supervision of their respective unit managers. They work in customer service, food production, and food service areas to help with set up and takedown of retail operations and catering events. Retail Catering Leads direct student employees in food preparation, safe food handling, and Dining policies and procedures. Positions do require a valid driver’s license.
