A role with Strategic Planning and Operations will entail working with cross-functional partners to help create and manage the strategy and planning process for Store Operations. You'll work to deliver plans designed to help Field Leaders and key HQ partners bring a modernized guest experience to life. You'll work across Store Operations and cross-functional partners across headquarters to facilitate strategic planning, manage key timelines, and benchmark trends and establish relationships with industry experts.

As a Lead Business Partner, you will:
  • Create, facilitate and maintain key planning processes (strategic, annual and ongoing) to be leveraged in the Stores organization in connection to the broader enterprise
  • Influence leaders and peers through strategy facilitation, consultation and prioritization of pyramid goals
  • Create reporting and measurement tools to monitor and track strategy progress against OKRs
  • Build on the current portfolio management tools and develop new capabilities of leveraging information to predict project collisions, issues or interdependencies across portfolios
  • Evolve and enhance capacity planning for stores, leveraging workforce management and portfolio data to forecast trends, sequence initiatives appropriately and surface where we have risks at an enterprise level
  • Establish cross-company connections with other strategy, planning and insights teams to stay connected to broader organizational moments (key offsites or meetings) and understand interdependencies
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking of key planning processes to mature strategic planning and other capabilities as needed
  • Understand external landscape and leverage insights from other teams (Store Operations, Enterprise Strategy) to shape strategy, identify emerging trends and apply this knowledge to our Stores strategy
  • This role will work across teams to drive timing and alignment of strategic deliverables.

About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategic planning in a matrixed environment
  • Experience influencing key business partners, including senior leadership
  • Project and process management/ownership experience
  • Experience operating in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and in high intensity situations with tight deadlines
  • Ability to challenge upward and challenge the status quo, to resolve problems that are without clear precedent, and to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience building and maintaining cross-functional working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
