DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST SENIOR

Work Location: In the office, work-at-home or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible for conceiving and executing digital marketing campaigns designed to increase enrollments, member retention and engagement for UCare constituents. Create strategies and tactics to drive the optimization of UCare websites, portals, mobile applications and other externally facing technologies to meet business acquisition, retention, and engagement goals. Create data-driven, trackable, and measurable digital marketing plans that complement and roll-up to overall marketing plans. Recommend and oversee the research, identification and implementation of new digital communication tools and technologies to best meet the strategic needs of the organization, customers, providers, and end users.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the highest-value digital marketing strategies and tactics to achieve our acquisition, retention, and engagement goals. Serve as a digital marketing internal consultant for UCare marketing staff.

• Produce tactical digital marketing plans including email, social, programmatic, paid search as well as digital extensions/tracking to offline marketing activities.

• Evolve email collection, storage, and communications strategy, and grow email marketing capacity and programs.

• Plan and implement lead-management and automated marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Provide timely results and analysis for digital marketing activity.

• Assist in leading enterprise digital projects by working with business and marketing partners to define the digital experience for UCare constituents; articulate a user-focused approach to project roadmaps, features sets and user experience design and measure and evaluate the digital experience across multiple platforms.

• Partner with vendor and agency partners to ensure campaigns produce desired results.

• Remain current on market, competition and trends including tactics, field concepts and practices, applying them to strategies when applicable.

• Establish testing practices and procedures, building a test-and-learn approach to UCare's marketing plans.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with marketing partners and key stakeholders.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field; demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Five years of digital marketing experience. Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, CRM, attribution, landing page optimization and email marketing best practices, including CRM. Strong knowledge of UX best practices and experience launching digital products. Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising tools. Excellent project management skills and proven ability to effectively collaborate among a wide range of stakeholders. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics 360 CRM, Click Dimensions and health care experience.
