As a Sr. Analyst, Guest Experience this role will be focused on supporting our customer experience initiatives by uncovering opportunities to elevate the physical and digital experience to create equity building experiences. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities in the experience and turning insights into action by leveraging a variety of approaches including analysis of existing Target experience, brand and segmentation data, secondary sources, qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 2-4 years of Analytics/Insights experience
- Ability to synthesis and clearly communicate highly complex findings to focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities. (Including working with a variety of data sets)
- Experience analyzing syndicated/marketplace data and applying macro trends
- Strong collaborator who can effectively work with others
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
- Understanding of retail, shopper marketing, or experience insights
