A role on the Enterprise Insights team means being a champion for our current and future guests and inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Your influence will guide actionable strategies with a clear foundation of information and insights.

For the Voice of Guest Analyst role, we are seeking an individual who has a passion for understanding consumer behavior, a curious mindset and an interest in and openness to learning about text analytics and customer experience. You will be responsible supporting Target's Enterprise Guest Feedback process and tools - ensuring survey data quality, troubleshooting issues, updating Text Analytics themes and serving as back up for Product Owners when necessary. You will develop and enhance user reporting, drive engagement opportunities to understand adoption rates, potential issues and ideas for improvement. You will conduct partner training, ensuring best practices are leveraged across training, user engagement and tool documentation (e.g. survey specs, process docs, email specs, export specs, FAQs, etc.). You will build strong partnerships with self-service users and new users, VOG team and broader GIM team while advocating for the guest. A curious learner who enjoys process improvement and the ability to work amidst the dynamic pace inherent in retail will be a great fit in this role.

About you:
  • Four year degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in insights, market research or customer experience preferred
  • Interest in and experience in learning new tools and technology
  • Strong analytical skills and strong spreadsheet/Excel capabilities
  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaborator who can effectively partner and communicate across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings from data and research to focus on the critical issues
