is seeking to fill the following positions:

Director of Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion

The Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion leads strategic dimension efforts directly aligned with achieving Equity 2030 goals. The position is directly responsible for achieving the goals within the college’s EDI plan and for being visible on-and-off campus while participating in student life and community engagement.   This position takes the lead in engaging the college community in intercultural competency and diversity learning opportunities, resolves issues constructively within the college, and serves on the President’s Leadership Team, working with other members of the leadership team, faculty and staff to embed a culture of equity and inclusion across the college.

Director of Technology Services

This position provides planning, coordination, oversight, leadership, and supervision for the Technology Services department of NHED Colleges, consisting of six campuses, leads the development of the technology strategic planning efforts for the college, developing long and short-term plans for the college technology services, including infrastructure, security, classrooms, applications, and website.  This position will advise the college leadership on new technology, current technology purchases, and technology trends in higher education, security, and potential technology risks; supervise, lead and manage the technical staff to ensure the department operates at an optimal level and supports the needs of the campuses.
