Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Teams, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (RedCard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr. Analyst Process Mgmt your primary duties will be to review and manage processes, especially as it relates to the documentation of those processes, on behalf of the Credit Contact Centers which includes identifying and implementing efficiencies and process improvements throughout the reviews. Define and implement changes with Analyst team to improve and stand up reporting around processes where gaps/inconsistencies are found. Act as Strategy subject matter expert (SME) for the Credit Contact Center teams. Partner with the management team to align analysis with business objectives that fosters continuous improvements. Provide key support to projects & remediation work, allowing the team to self-serve where possible and minimizing heavy dependency on key partners. Supporting activities include researching strategies supporting collections, understanding the processes as they cross between business groups such as TTS, FRS OPT, Credit Risk, DSA, etc. Act as the point of contact for issues and research items that come in from the Credit Contact Centers and partner teams. This includes in-depth research and analysis to find root cause and recommend/manage changes to resolve on behalf of the business. Act as testing SME on projects and changes as needed. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

· Strong process skills - identifying gaps/inconsistencies, driving clarity/improvements, clear/concise documentation

· Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.

· Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively.

· Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

· Contact center experience desired.
