Work Location: In the office or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible to develop and implement enterprise strategies to further enhance consumer-centric digital presence. Collaborate with internal IT partners, business stakeholders and external vendors to align current products, platforms and projects with a future state roadmap that enables omni-channel communication and seamless online self-service for all of UCare's constituents.

• Lead the digital experience team to develop an omni-channel vision that positions UCare as a leader in reducing, administrative complexity for providers, online self-service for prospects and members and using digital communication to provide pathways for members to reach their best health.

• Support the program team in fully adopting an Agile mindset and framework to add to value for providers, members and prospects in the constantly changing health care marketplace.

• Develop a plan to identify, prioritize and implement infrastructure and operational changes necessary to optimize current products and platform investments.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure digital experience transformation vision is understood and embraced. Identify stakeholder needs and prioritize features against stated metrics.

• Support the ongoing maintenance, updating and redesign of UCare's products and platforms to ensure quality, effectiveness, and accuracy. Initiate enhanced functionality, interactivity, and self-serve features. Implement integrations of new microsites.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree in related field.

Required Experience

Ten years of corporate experience in developing, positioning, and implementing business aligned IT strategies, architectures, and roadmaps. Five years of management or supervisory experience.

Preferred Experience

Experience in health care setting. Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
