Communication Coordination

  • Lead the preparation, approval, and dissemination of division and distributor communications, utilizing multiple channels and ensuring accuracy of distribution lists/access.

  • Examples include: Distributor Operations Bulletins (DOBs), Market Summary Reports (MSRs), Organization announcements.

Presentation preparedness

  • Collaborate with appropriate International Leadership to develop content, ensure accuracy, and contribute creative formatting for regular business presentations.

  • Examples include: Strategic and Annual Plans, monthly Critical Success Factor (CSF) slides, Distributor Leadership summits, Golf and Grounds tradeshow business meetings.

Schedule & meeting management

  • Coordinate time, place, attendees, agenda, presentations, and transmission of meetings – recording as needed. Examples include: Division All Staff meetings, Distributor Advisory Boards (DABs), International Leadership meetings, Monthly Product Review web conferences (MPR), 1:1 meetings for direct reports of the VP/GM, and Marketing Manager. Distributor Portal Administration.

  • Facilitate the accuracy and efficient utilization of International’s internet portal – Toro Connect.

  • Examples include: resolution of access requests and troubleshooting other issues; updating Sales territories and distributor organization charts; posting DOBs, Cooperative Contract participation lists, Sole Source letters, and others.

Event coordination

  • Provide assistance and support to the International teams to prepare and execute International customer events.

  • Examples include: Turf Professional Club (Pro Club), SF&G Forum, Assistant Superintendent Experience, and various Toro Experience events.

  • Be the lead point of contact, facilitator, and auditor of Toro activities and events held at Key Toro account locations.

  • Examples include: Distributor Advisory Boards and Leadership conferences, National Account retreats, and regional education events.

Travel management

  • For International division employees (Engineering Director and Marketing Manager), and others as identified, coordinate travel arrangements, as well as the back end execution of applicable expense reports.

  • Other responsibilities as needed.

  • Special projects as apparent or assigned, generate reports or other correspondence, sort and distribute department mail, order office supplies, prepare files, answer incoming calls.


  • Acts as the key coordinator and information liaison within the International locations as required.

  • Has direct contact with Distributor partners and end user customers.

  • Assist with planning, implementation, and completion of projects and activities that enhance and support the International division’s strategies and tactics.


  • Associates or B.A. degree preferred

  • A minimum of two (2) years business experience required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; e.g., ability to develop clear, concise business correspondence and relay accurate information to management.

  • Proficient on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Demonstrated competency in presentation creation, database management, information storage and retrieval.
