You will provide tailored support for varying levels of field leaders, ensuring our stores have the information and support they need to keep their guests and teams safe. You will establish comprehensive project plans and hold partners accountable to ensure all deadlines are met. You will stay connected to the external landscape and identify trends in the industry that impact our Store Operations and Target initiatives. You will uphold pharmacy, clinic and optical operating agreements; develop and maintain operating protocols; and serve as the main point of contact for Target on all items related to this partner business process.
