Work Location: In the office, work-at-home or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible to lead, manage and analyze CCO intake processes including claims configuration requests, escalations, and HealthRules issues. Triage and partner with CCO leaders and resources to ensure timely and appropriate processing of work requests; identify opportunities for improvement; develop and implement process efficiencies and develop, analyze and report on operational metrics. Facilitate and manage various team and cross-team meetings and act as liaison to various UCare stakeholders for CCO inquiries, work requests and escalations.

• Review, triage, route/assign, manage and provide weekly reporting and trending of Escalations from CCO Intake inbox

• Administrator of the CCO Issue Log. This entails ensuring that items are properly logged, progress notes are entered in a timely manner by the issue owners and the log is ready for review and use by various stakeholders and related meetings.

• Develop, analyze and report on related operational metrics, observed trends and identification of root causes related to Escalations and CCO Issues to CCO Leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

• Manage CCO Intake processes and collaborate with CCO Leadership, staff and CCO Business Partners to seek to continuously improve related processes and oversee the implementation of those improvements.

• Facilitate various meetings, hosted by CCO, such as the HealthRules Workgroup and Provider Experience team meetings. Responsibilities include agenda creation, meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation and distribution, and action item follow up.

• Serve as single point of contact for Provider Assistance Center, Provider Services, Provider Relations & Contracting and Member Services inquiries and escalations.

• Assist in triaging and management of the Configuration backlog of ServiceNow requests.

• Assist in facilitating the RTB Configuration stand-up meetings and maintain related scrum board.

• Other project and duties as assigned.


Associate or Bachelors Degree; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Two years experience working in Health Plan Operations. Presentation and facilitation skills. Meeting management experience. Organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with HealthRules and/or Amisys Payer Systems. Claims operations experience (intake, adjudication, research and adjustments, quality assurance/audits, encounter data reconciliation, claims automation).
