Who We Are

  • Manages and confirms all guest reservations through Open Table software.
  • Controls the flow and pace of the restaurant by managing the waitlist process.
  • Directs guests to their requested tables/locations.
  • Interacts with guests by providing information on restaurants and specials and responding to guest inquiries such as favorite wine, water flavor, server choice, table preference, etc.
