About Us:
Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company and one of America's leading retailers.

Right on pace with Target's distinctive retail brand, Target Store Operations is continuing to transform the way it operates. Here, your work directly supports the store mission to be the guest favorite through successfully developing and communicating the processes for operations, style and experience, new structures, new operating models and new technology, and utilizing workforce management activities for our 1,900 locations nationwide. Store Operations manages and enhances the informational resources for researching and resolving operational issues, while guiding and communicating with the field team and leaders who use them. Are you a customer service enthusiast who can actively listen to many points of view and then visualize how they'll perform when operationalized in a store? Are you happy to partner with leaders as well as field team members who are often the experts on how well a process is working? Can you creatively envision more efficient processes and how they'll deliver a better experience for guests and team members? Do you possess the innovative mindset to question the status quo, and the confidence to work under varying degrees of ambiguity and well-informed experimentation? Then you'll have success on one of our dynamic teams. A role with Experiential Operations means a big opportunity to continuously elevate guests' in-store experience to new levels of awesome. Whether it's Visual, Service and Engagement, or Events, this team focuses on the processes that ensure a guest experience far above anything the competition can offer by nurturing Target brand love and loyalty at the store level.

As a Senior Business Partner in Store Operations - Service and Engagement, you will use your talents and experience to support and lead projects for Service and Engagement. You will be responsible for determining the most efficient and effective processes, while coordinating how stores execute Service and Engagement Operations and bring to life differentiated experiences by supporting key processes, initiatives, and best practices while building relationships across the enterprise. You will serve as a point of contact to support our stores through day-to-day execution of Service & Engagement Operations such as but not limited to select front of store processes, and operational support for the Restroom, SHIPT, and Fulfillment guest experiences. You will also support the operations and best practices of service & engagement supplies and supporting assets such as but not limited to: guest shopping carts, guest baskets, and sanitizing stations. You will update processes, define operational efficiencies, and drive on elevating the team member and guest experience. In order to accomplish this, you will collect data, insights and research to create processes and support that align with team and enterprise strategy. You will work with clients in a proactive and supportive fashion while taking ownership of business challenges and solutions. You will represent Service and Engagement within Store Operations cross-functional teams and across key pyramid stakeholders to ensure the voice of our stores is shared with key partners.
