  • Manages and coordinates banquet activities to obtain effective use of equipment, facilities, and personnel.
  • Prepare schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels are optimal.
  • Interview, select, hire, and promote team members.
  • Assign tasks and sections while establishing rotations.
  • Handles billing procedures during events as assigned.
  • Conduct daily operations in adherence to policies, procedures, and safety and service standards, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience.
