Lead Analyst, Property Management - Refrigeration (Data Analytics proficiency)

The Property Management - Refrigeration team positively impacts our Guests and Team Members while ensuring they have access to safe, fresh food while contributing to our sustainability goals of Net zero by 2030. The team contributes to the forecasting and budgeting of a $100M program.

As a Lead Program Analyst - Refrigeration, you will use your data analysis skills to develop reporting and analytics solutions, create metrics/KPIs measurements and support key strategic initiatives. Specific responsibilities include leading process improvement through consistent enterprise code and clear visuals that drive business improvement.
  • Promote best practices across the entire company by developing deep knowledge and client relationships in each business category
  • Provide expert integrated business planning and stakeholder management for all business objectives.
  • Apply statistical analysis to understand trends, identify outliers and predict outcomes.
  • Propel the business with accurate and comprehensive forecasting and financial planning.
  • This role communicates, collaborates and engages across the organization by representing Property Management on key enterprise initiatives.


About you:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence or reporting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling and optimization
  • Relevant business knowledge, preferably in retail, planning, or logistics
  • Experience in consulting, strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, courage, and strong relationship building skills
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Experience with statistical analysis, multi-variant testing strategies and concepts, regression modeling and forecasting, time series analysis, data mining, financial analysis, economic order quantity modeling, game theory and optimization
  • Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to write and understand SQL (Hive, Teradata, etc.) and use SQL to bring insight to life via key BI tools
  • Conversant with SAS, R Python or other analytics tools
  • Leverage tools like Jira and GIT Hub
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of analytical and statistical techniques including model building and experimental design.
