• Oversee a team of blackjack dealers, ensuring game integrity and dealer performance
• Provide great guest service, helping to create memorable experiences
• Track player information for our loyalty program, Club M, authorizing and issuing complimentaries as needed
• Provide in-action training to our table games dealers

Minimum Requirements:

• Table Games experience required
• Two years working in a guest service or hospitality environment
