Job Description Job Summary:
Plans, oversees and coordinates team members and resources for redesigning slot areas and associated slot machine projects, ensuring compliance with compact and gaming regulations, to provide guests with an exciting gaming experience. Researches and assists in implementing new technologies; updates AutoCAD drawings within the gaming areas. Days TBD - based on business needs Hiring Rate or Hiring Range Salary Based on Qualifications Requirements Budget/Asset Responsibilities:
Assists in planning the Slot Technical project budget; forecasting labor, material and other expenses associated with projects in conjunction with the Slot Technical Manager and Director of Slot Operations.   Primary Duties and Occasional Tasks:
  • Provides direction and support to Slot Technical Manager relating to the coordination of machine moves, conversions, and ongoing technical repair projects. Ensures review of all regulatory and compliance matters associated with moves/expansion.
  • Maintains computerized database relating to machine maintenance, moves and/or conversions. Compiles project specification worksheets.
  • Schedules and coordinates the internal and external logistics associated with slot repair projects, ensuring parts, equipment and labor are on site prior to implementation of projects.
  • Coordinates the ordering and receipt of project parts with the Slot Technical Manager and Slot Inventory Manager.
  • Tracks project costs to ensure expenses are kept within budgetary constraints. Accountable for variances.
  • Creates and updates Auto Cad drawings of Slot zones
  • Occasional tasks.
  Occasional Tasks:
  • Assist Internal Audit with monthly, quarterly and fiscal audits of equipment, including EPROMs.
  • Install new gaming technology
  • Assisting floor personal as needed
  • Designs or updates forms associated with Slot Projects, machine moves, conversions and project specification.
  • Assist with research and implementation of new technologies.
  Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Associate's degree and one year experience in Electronic Technology, or a combination of education and experience to equal three years in electronic technology, video or gaming repair.
  • Three years experience in the Slot Technical Department, one year of which is supervisory.
  • Ability to communicate precise technical language clearly in precise technical language.
  • Advanced proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, database, electronic mail software.
  • General knowledge of integrated chip identification and usage.
