Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company and one of America's leading retailers.

Target Operations is at the center of building and operationalizing strategies focused on enhancing Target's performance by establishing a true end to end approach. Through shared accountability and connecting our processes to aligned outcomes, from strategy to Guest, we drive continuous improvements that are sustainable. Our team supports the top priorities across the enterprise, critical to Target's success. We help plan, prioritize and sequence work across Enterprise Operations in an effort to identify new capabilities, eliminate program inefficiencies, and support the guests' needs. We bring a consistent approach to problem solving, and provide operational insights that enhance decision-making and grow the business. Do you love the idea of helping to shape the operations of one of America's leading retailers? Do you have a growth mindset? Are you strategic and can you effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in order to solve complex problems? Then leverage your talent to provide Enterprise Operations support to the strategic priorities for Target.

A role within Enterprise Operations means helping to connect processes, from strategy to guest, to drive continuous improvements that are sustainable, and lead in an organization anchored in the Enterprise Strategy, Operations Strategy and Target Enterprise Operating Model. You will be a part of the team within Target that has visibility into where we have opportunities to improve how we execute, plan, and prioritize work and continue to elevate the way we meet the needs of the Guest across the Enterprise. You will use your influencing skills to help operationalize and activate how the organization works together connecting roles and responsibilities and how work is successfully accomplished.

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Operations, you will work alongside business leaders to assess the needs of the business, understand the current situation, identify drivers for improvement, analyze root causes of performance gaps, and redesign end-to-end processes. You will support an environment that reinforces continuous improvement of business processes, increases consistency, reduces guest pain points and empowers other team members to enhance the value of the service they provide to guests.

You will lead, partner with, and support workstreams to identify impactful opportunities for operational improvements across end-to-end value streams. You will need the ability to work autonomously and lead working sessions with business stakeholders that drive to conclusions, agreement, and outcomes. In collaboration with the Director, Process Improvement, you'll leverage your project management skills to develop and execute detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. You'll analyze project metrics, create reports that measure process performance against project initiatives and goals, and provide leaders with status updates/feedback. You will leverage problem solving strategies to deliver key performance indicators, such as quality improvements, cost reductions and waste elimination.
