A role with Space & Presentation means you're on a mission to create better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. Our global team is responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. On the Space side, we do this by using analytics to determine the appropriate footage for each assortment for every store ("adjacency"). Each store's assortment is assigned to a planogram (POG) which is developed to ensure the localized assortment meets presentation objectives and is associated to the correct location in a store. We believe that making increasingly better space allocation and presentation decisions will increase sales, improve guest satisfaction and reduce out-of-stocks. Here, you'll partner with and manage cross-functional project teams in Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations and Non-Retail Procurement from strategy to execution to achieve an inspiring and convenient in-store guest experience.

As a Sr Business Partner in Space & Presentation, you'll take the lead with your roundtables to drive adjacency and planogram (POG) strategies for Target's Seasonal store spaces using space analytics and insights, ensuring your strategies ladder up to Merchandising and Enterprise Quarter strategies. You will own weekly and end of season recaps of adjacency and POG performance for multiple seasons and provide test recommendations to optimize seasons year over year. You'll coordinate and execute Strategy and Transition meetings to develop space strategies, recommend timing and actions that meet the needs of the total business, recommend strategies to efficiently get in and get out of seasons in stores, and lead your global team through the strategies you set to create adjacency maps and planograms for every store.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise
• Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and boldly make recommendations within your roundtable
• 2+ years of Merchandising Space experience preferred
