SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager at our offices in Minneapolis, MN. This position is responsible for developing and implementing inventory placement and positioning strategies for Target's Ship Alone Fulfillment Center Network. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics or a related field and 3 years of Supply Chain experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field and 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) Supply Chain experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) working with large data sets and code in SQL/HQL to create customized reporting; (2) creating unique inventory flow, forecasting, & positioning plans for key categories and key events to maximize network utilization and minimize cost; (3) developing and implementing inventory placement and positioning strategies; (4) supporting total direct to Guest network business strategies to maximize speed to Guest while reducing shipping expenses related to long shipping orders; (5) operating in a cross functional environment within supply chain across various teams including Network Planning, S&OP, Logistics and Operations; and (6) working with the following technologies: Hadoop, IBM/DB2, Teradata, SAP, Statistical analysis, Regression and Exponential smoothing, Data mining techniques including Exploratory and Predictive Data Mining, and Causal Data modelling, and financial analysis including NPV, Valuation, Cost of Capital, and DCF modelling.
