GOVERNANCE ANALYST

Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Data Governance Analyst at our offices in Minneapolis, MN. The Lead Data Governance Analyst is responsible for working within Target's HR Process and Technology area to provide database administrator expertise and support across HR data through system support, process design, data accuracy, analytics, and integrations with internal/external vendors. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) implementing expertise in data governance, master data management and information security; (2) working in, and supporting a core HCM system including Workday, PeopleSoft, and SAP; (3) implementing knowledge and understanding of HR data, its application, and the HR business processes that generate this data; (4) working with: Data Management, Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Glossaries, Data Catalogs, Taxonomy, Data Modeling, Metadata, Data Discovery, Business Semantics, Reporting Dashboards and Visualization, ETL, Data Intake, Search, Data Architecture; (5) working with the following tools and technologies:

Reltio, Informatica MDM, Informatica Power Center, Informatica IDQ, Tableau, Microstrategy, Oracle, and Teradata. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed. Please apply online at
