As a Sr Data Analyst in Data Sciences & Analytics, you will be responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and trust of our Digital data solutions. You will work with our data product owners to develop strategies around how to engage and assist users with using our data, including leading open labs. Additionally, partnering with our data platform teams to develop solutions to simplify data adoption for our users.

Due to the complexities and numerous use cases for digital data, our solutions live across a variety of platforms to meet our user needs. You will partner with our data product owners, engineers, and source teams to develop data validation tools that build trust with our users. You will also work with our users to help educate them on the various solutions that exist and when/how to use each option to maximize the value of our offerings. Finally, when data discrepancies arise, you will collaborate with our engineers and users to analyze and identify the issue.

About you:

  • 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of retail experience or equivalent domain experience
  • Experience with data analysis and data pipelining utilizing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Python, etc.
  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting best practices
  • Passion for driving a customer community of practice
  • Strong communication and product marketing skills
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas, etc.)
  • Provide ability to lead a body of work cross functionally
