Work Location: In Office, work from home or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategy for UCare's digital channels. Collaborate with Marketing and Digital Experience teams to focus on developing and implementing content for public websites, authenticated portals, email, and social media platforms. Identify and recommend content improvements for both user experience and search engine optimization purposes. Manage content development needs for larger projects and integrated campaigns that span across multiple audiences and digital channels.

• Conduct audits to determine and prioritize content development needs across digital channels. Includes content for digital as part of integrated go-to-market campaigns. Align content with specific segmentation across products. Plan and coordinate content reviews with stakeholders/business partners.

• Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to inform content organization, consolidation, and development. Partner with digital agencies and internal teams to track and develop strategies based on feedback and metrics to provide updates.

• Determine appropriate content formats for communicating various information to diverse audiences.

• Transform content developed for traditional channels into content appropriate for digital channels.

• Lead work with product and subject matter experts to develop new and optimize existing content.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, writers, and editors to generate forward-thinking ideas and methods for communicating with specific audiences.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.


Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, communications, or advertising-related field with emphasis in digital.

Required Experience

Three years of experience in content strategy or development and experience managing omnichannel content through ideation and development process. Proven success in developing clear and engaging content that addresses business goals and user needs. Track record of conceiving, writing, and coordinating external messaging, including omnichannel content creation (copywriting, landing and website pages, emails, blog, social, paid, video scripts, etc.).

Preferred Experience

Experience managing projects in a corporate or non-profit marketing communications role. Copywriting, including go-to-market advertising related to integrated campaigns. Health care communications experience preferred. Experience working in a government-regulated industry is also preferred. Experience with collaboration tools, content management systems, and/or voice of customer tools a plus
