As a Senior Manager in FP&A on the Digital Finance team, you will provide financial support to guide strategic decisions for Digital's Product organization. As Digital continues to be a major growth driver, your work will be important in driving both Digital financial results and resource planning as well as Enterprise strategies. Work will be centered on advancing prioritization processes and creating connections back to Enterprise initiatives through a financial lens.

In addition to support for the Product organization, you will be the Finance lead for the Digital Enterprise initiative. In this role, you will provide valuable insights on Digital P&L expectations and results to inform and drive financial performance through cross functional workstreams.

Finally, as we head into Q4 and peak time for Digital, you will also support emerging team and business priorities. Job duties may change at any time due to surfacing Digital business needs.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4-6 years) in Finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Experienced in working across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively


This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is 81,300 to 146,400k.
