As the Marketing Operations Manager, Roundel, you will...

Manage the marketing operations function and support marketing functions including email distribution, campaign measurement, project management, contracting, and budget tracking. This position manages Field Marketing activations, agency collaboration and oversees agency logistics and budgets. You will drive project management and timelines and budget for marketing projects including ideation, planning and execution, serving as a hub for the marketing outputs. This cross-functional role will work closely with Experiential Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy leads to ensure all elements of the marketing team are working in unison. This position researches and vets new service providers, funneling them through the onboarding process. Daily activities include:
  • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Managers to manage operations of the team, including creative reviews, briefing sessions, annual planning, and sales support.
  • Become an expert in-and evangelist for-our timelines, project management software and internal processes.
  • Report on program performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, considering trends.
  • Coordinate with Learning and Strategy Operations to ensure all team meetings are planned and supported.


About You
  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proactive and organized, with ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Possesses a passion for technology and process management including marketing automation tools, email campaigns and timelines
  • Be able to flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work toward a marketing strategy which may include lead generation, sales enablement or experiential activity
  • Excellent writing, communication and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A sensitivity for branding and how each interaction impacts customer perception
  • A keen eye for design and trends
