As a Senior Art Director, Digital - Home, you'll bring marketing campaigns to life through Target.com and the Target app. You will leverage your digital design expertise, knowledge of technology and usability, and your eye for detail to create compelling, usable and inspirational digital content that connects to our evolving guest.

As part of a large team of experts, including Strategists, Experience Designers, Copywriters, Production Designers, Site Merchandising Planners and Project Managers, you'll work to understand requirements and translate them into solutions that serve the needs of our guests. You will deliver on business goals and objectives and advocate for empathy with your passion to understand guest needs and journeys. We will support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Senior Art Director. About You:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of digital creative experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual skills and breadth of design

• Strong preference for Home photo art direction expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and experience working in web content management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate design thinking and present to various levels of the organization

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once

• Strong User-Centered Design experience with a solid understanding of user-focused design principles

• Basic UX and front-end development knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with XD and developers

• Flexible to travel (weekends included)
