A role in Property Management means the opportunity to own a business and make strategic business decisions daily! As a Program Owner - Property Management within the Service Operations team, you will support programs that span across a series of equipment categories within the Fixtures, Finishes, and Equipment team. This role will support existing equipment is stores, in addition to new equipment strategies that are being implemented as Target continues to accelerate growth strategies. Equipment can range from stockroom equipment (leveraged to move and store product), front of store food equipment (e.g. Starbucks equipment), to other equipment managed by the team. You'll partner with internal and external teams throughout aspects of the equipment lifecycle. This can include supporting new equipment rollouts (progress tracking, communication, program resources, etc.), through facilitating operational HQ program support to guide preventative or corrective maintenance strategies and routines (work order management, proposal processing, etc.). In using data and your experience, you'll uncover trends and issues, and drive a continuous improvement mindset to further improve the in-store experience and resiliency of equipment. You'll cultivate and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure vendor performance and level of service. This role will support financial awareness and processes to assist in driving favorable financial performance in alignment with established equipment budgets. Job duties may change due to company initiatives and business needs.

About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-4 years business experience
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
  • Desire to improve processes through technology and make programs more efficient
  • Strong analytical, financial, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Aptitude and interest to learn about equipment along with how it is leveraged and maintained in Stores (prior equipment experience is not required)
  • Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations
  • Ability to maximize relationships team player/inspires others/takes partners across the organization and with outside vendors
  • Advanced computer skills (not required): SmartSheets, Domo, GreenField, R, Pyt
