The AP Support Services team manages a variety of large scale projects across the business, more specifically, those requiring communication, training, workload management and resource allocation needs. Here, you will use your talents and experience to represent Assets Protection in enterprise cross-pyramid initiatives and ensure AP impact is communicated and understood.

As a Lead Business Partner - Support Services, you will:
  • Build relationships and trust with HQ partners and field leaders. Create feedback loops and routines to deepen acumen, and provide recommendations/solutions for business problems
  • Develop, iterate and own resource allocation tests to achieve necessary measures of success/ROI to determine long-term strategies aligned with future processes of Assets Protection and Store Operations.
  • Utilize critical thinking, research, analysis, issue framing, benchmarking and collaboration to create project strategies and initiatives.
  • Create and execute strategic project plans, including insightful data, success measures, detailed timelines, creative presentations to influence leaders, and written communication
  • Craft written communication that clear, focused and resonates with the audience
  • Champion Target's Purpose, Beliefs, and Behaviors across teams and while delivering upon business opportunities
  • While this is an individual contributor role, this role will work across several teams to drive timing and alignment of strategic deliverables.
  • Represent Assets Protection in enterprise cross-pyramid initiatives and ensure that Assets Protection impact is communicated and understood.

About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-9 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail/stores
  • Ability to build strategic vision and drive organizational change
  • Experience influencing key business partners and senior leadership, without authority
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and conflict management skills
  • Operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
  • Proven experience quickly adapting to changing priorities and tasks
  • Strong project management background as well as critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Set up & facilitate cross functional and partner meetings, in accordance with the operating agreements, coordinating the required internal teams as needed
  • Microsoft Office proficient
