Job Title: Project Manager
Summary:
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating survey project activities according to project specifications. To accomplish these goals the Project Manager provides direction to other staff regarding implementation of the project design, project reporting requirements, and quality control specifications.
The Project Manager serves as key client contact and assumes responsibility for ongoing project activities.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
Organize, schedule, monitor and complete project activities.
Maintain contact with existing clients to determine the level of satisfaction with contract performance and to provide timely and accurate progress reports.
Manage project workload, timeline, budget, and deliverables list to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
Forecast revenues and budgets for existing clients.
Monitor project compliance with contract specifications, document revisions or changes in scope of project, prepare billing summaries, and estimate costs of ongoing or anticipated projects.
Work with team members to coordinate activities, obtain and/or provide information, determine task assignments and priorities.
Provide information to operations departments regarding job specifications, timelines, and client requested changes to current projects.
Work with functional areas to design data collection processes.
Develop, update, and maintain project materials such as manuals, publication, meeting agendas, timelines, and project documentation.
Manager/complete necessary project documentation
Manage problem resolution to include escalation, client communication, and
implementation of appropriate process to prevent reoccurrences.
Review actual hours against estimates provided by all functional areas.
Review data using excel; google sheets
Champions the project within IS, CT and DRC
Basic analysis of client data to ensure accuracy
Be able to effectively communicate with IT staff and translate technical aspects to clients
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research Methodology or a related field
Two or more years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in survey research or related field.
Essential Job Requirements:

Be able to work under supervision and accept feedback
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Relate effectively and work respectfully with diverse work groups
Ability to consistently perform well during times of increased work load
Set and meet deadlines
Manage multiple job functions simultaneously
Other duties as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hour periods of time
Ability to look at a computer monitor, utilize a keyboard and/or mouse for up to 8
hours per day
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as necessary
